周雙 助理教授
個(gè)人介紹:
周雙,博士,新材料與新能源學(xué)院助理教授,深圳市海外高層次“孔雀計(jì)劃”人才(C類(lèi))。2011年清華大學(xué)化學(xué)系獲得理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2016年于香港中文大學(xué)獲得工學(xué)博士學(xué)位,師從汪正平院士和趙鈮教授。2016年至2018年,在香港中文大學(xué)電子工程系從事博士后研究工作。2019年初入職深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)新材料與新能源學(xué)院,擔(dān)任助理教授。個(gè)人研究興趣主要包括半導(dǎo)體材料與器件,柔性半導(dǎo)體傳感器,以及光催化材料與應(yīng)用等。博士及博后期間參與多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目?,F(xiàn)有主持項(xiàng)目四項(xiàng),包括廣東省基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)研究項(xiàng)目(10萬(wàn)元),深圳市基礎(chǔ)面上項(xiàng)目(30萬(wàn)),深圳技術(shù)大學(xué)高端人才研究經(jīng)費(fèi)項(xiàng)目(270萬(wàn))以及橫向項(xiàng)目(30萬(wàn)元)。以第一作者和共同作者身份共發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,總引用次數(shù)超過(guò)1300次,H-index為19。
