  顧月清博士,中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)院生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。國(guó)際光學(xué)工程協(xié)會(huì)(SPIE)及美國(guó)光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)(OSA)會(huì)員,中國(guó)光學(xué)學(xué)會(huì)生物醫(yī)學(xué)光子學(xué)專業(yè)委員會(huì)理事,中國(guó)電子學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)學(xué)影像專業(yè)委員會(huì)理事,中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程學(xué)會(huì)分子影像分會(huì)理事,江蘇省計(jì)量測(cè)試學(xué)會(huì)理事,江蘇省生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程生物光子學(xué)會(huì)理事,江蘇省“青藍(lán)工程”中青年學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,多種國(guó)際雜志的特約審稿人(J.   顧月清教授1997年于南京航空航天大學(xué)測(cè)試計(jì)量技術(shù)及儀器專業(yè)獲得博士學(xué)位,1999年至2004年先后在美國(guó)賓州大學(xué)(University of Pennsylvania)醫(yī)學(xué)院及德州大學(xué)(University of Texas)西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心從事博士后研究工作,并于2003年被聘為德州大學(xué)阿靈頓分校生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程系助理教授。期間作為課題負(fù)責(zé)人獲得美國(guó)國(guó)防部博士后基金及新研究者基金的資助,集中于近紅外技術(shù)對(duì)乳腺癌及前列腺癌等的早期診斷及監(jiān)測(cè)治療研究。
  顧月清教授于2005年回國(guó)后建立生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室,近年來(lái)一直致力于分子成像技術(shù)在藥物研發(fā)各領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,研究方向集中在如下四個(gè)方面:1)各種腫瘤特異性標(biāo)志物的靶向分子探針的研究,以實(shí)現(xiàn)腫瘤的早期分子診斷;2)各種高分子納米藥物載體的研究,以實(shí)現(xiàn)腫瘤的主動(dòng)/被動(dòng)靶向治療;3)從基因水平設(shè)計(jì)特異性DNA序列探針及分子信標(biāo),以研究腫瘤的生長(zhǎng)、發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)移等相關(guān)信號(hào)通路的關(guān)鍵蛋白,以研究腫瘤生長(zhǎng)機(jī)制;4)開(kāi)發(fā)各種熒光探針及光學(xué)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)大分子藥物體內(nèi)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程的無(wú)損在位實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)及動(dòng)力學(xué)特性研究;
  自2006年,顧月清教授先后主持5項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、指導(dǎo)3項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然基金青年基金項(xiàng)目、主持3項(xiàng)國(guó)際合作研究基金項(xiàng)目,參加科技部重大專項(xiàng)及多項(xiàng)省部級(jí)基金,申請(qǐng)及獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利8項(xiàng)。自2007年至今,共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文55篇,其中在國(guó)際權(quán)威雜志發(fā)表了SCI收錄論文近30篇,總累計(jì)影響因子超過(guò)100、19篇EI收錄研究論文。
