  江源(博士),上海交通大學(xué)安泰經(jīng)濟管理學(xué)院組織管理系助理教授,Rutgers(新澤西州立)大學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)系與人力資源管理碩士和博士,中山大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)學(xué)士和碩士。加入安泰前曾任教于印第安納-普度大學(xué)韋恩堡分校組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)系和中山大學(xué)嶺南學(xué)院。主要研究興趣包括領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和管理團隊多元化與創(chuàng)新、以及全球及中國人力資源管理,對研究專業(yè)化程度高的知識型員工的工作流程、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、管理系統(tǒng)尤為感興趣。 江博士的學(xué)術(shù)論文發(fā)表在Academy of Management Conference Best Paper Proceedings, European Journal of International Management, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management, Small Group Research等學(xué)術(shù)期刊、書籍和會議論文集上。為Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal, Human Performance, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Small Group Research等期刊的匿名審稿人。曾獲2014年中國管理研究國際學(xué)會最佳會議論文提名,2008年美國管理學(xué)會年會組織行為部“杰出評審”獎,2009年J. R. Beyster員工所有制獎學(xué)金。2002年為麻省理工斯隆管理學(xué)院國際教師會員。 除了研究之外,江博士參與了DBA、MBA和本科的教學(xué)工作,并獲得較高的教學(xué)評價。江博士也為中國企業(yè)提供管理咨詢服務(wù),尤其是如何管理和激勵知識型員工。
