謝亮 謝亮,男,博士,副教授。
主要研究方向?yàn)樾滦投喙δ苎趸锊牧霞捌湎嚓P(guān)物理器件。
2012年博士畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)物理系,獲得凝聚態(tài)物理博士學(xué)位。
2019年9月-2020年9月于美國(guó)加州大學(xué)伯克利分校訪學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),合作者為R. Ramesh教授(多鐵性薄膜材料BiFeO3的發(fā)現(xiàn)者)。
曾先后主持完成一項(xiàng)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年科學(xué)基金,一項(xiàng)北京市教委科研計(jì)劃面上項(xiàng)目,一項(xiàng)北京市教委青年拔尖人才項(xiàng)目,北方工業(yè)大學(xué)青年拔尖人才培育計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng),北方工業(yè)大學(xué)青年科研創(chuàng)新基金項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng),北方工業(yè)大學(xué)青年毓優(yōu)人才項(xiàng)目一項(xiàng)。
在項(xiàng)目的資助下,發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,相關(guān)研究成果發(fā)表于Advanced Materials,?Appl. Phys. Lett., J. Alloys Compd., J. Appl. Phys., Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.等國(guó)際期刊。
同時(shí)擔(dān)任國(guó)際期刊Journal of American Ceramic Society, RSC Advance, Nano-Micro Letters等期刊審稿人。
