個人簡介
  張新穩(wěn) 博士,碩士生導(dǎo)師。
  2004年進入西北大學(xué)光子學(xué)與光電技術(shù)研究所學(xué)習(xí),2007年獲得凝聚態(tài)物理專業(yè)理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。
  2007年進入西安交通大學(xué)電子與信息工程學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí),2010年獲得電子科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè)工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。
  2010年—至今任教于南京郵電大學(xué)信息材料與納米技術(shù)研究院、材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院。
  研究方向及主要成果
  主要從事有機半導(dǎo)體光電子器件物理方面的研究:高效穩(wěn)定的白光照明有機電致發(fā)光器件(OLED);溶液過程制備OLED器件及其穩(wěn)定性;OLED器件中的電極界面修飾;有機太陽能電池(OPV)。
  
  主要成果:
  
主 要從事有機電致發(fā)光器件(OLED)和有機太陽能電池(OPV)等光電子器件物理方面的研究工作,主持和參與科技部重大科學(xué)研究計劃課題(973)、國家 自然科學(xué)基金、教育部重點項目、校科研啟動基金等項目多項。近年來先后在Organic Electronics, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, Journal of Luminescence, Applied Surface Science, Displays, Journal of Applied Polymer Science等SCI收錄刊物上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文10余篇,申請國家發(fā)明專利4項。
