  學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷

  工作經(jīng)歷

  武漢市新洲區(qū)人,教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才獲得者(2007年)。2005年畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)干旱與草地業(yè)生教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,獲生態(tài)學(xué)博士學(xué)位,并入選蘭州大學(xué)“萃英人才引進(jìn)計(jì)劃”留校任教,直接被聘為副教授。2005年進(jìn)入北京師范大學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)博士后流動(dòng)站(合作導(dǎo)師葛劍平教授),2007年受國(guó)家留學(xué)基金委全額資助公派到加拿大農(nóng)業(yè)部ECORC中心(合作導(dǎo)師Baoluo Ma高級(jí)研究員)和McGill大學(xué)植物系(合作導(dǎo)師Donald Smith教授)做博士后,2010年8月澳大利亞西澳大學(xué)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者(合作導(dǎo)師Neil Turner教授和Kadambot Siddique教授)。2008年5月被聘為蘭州大學(xué)教授,同年11月被聘為博士生導(dǎo)師。

  研究方向

  主要從事作物生態(tài)學(xué)和社會(huì)生態(tài)學(xué)的教學(xué)和科研工作,包括如下:

  1)作物生態(tài)學(xué)。土壤干旱脅迫誘導(dǎo)植物根系產(chǎn)生根源化學(xué)信號(hào),經(jīng)運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)距離傳輸?shù)降厣喜糠?,降低氣孔?dǎo)度,抑制蒸騰作用,從而提高植物的水分利用效率。根源化學(xué)信號(hào)包括脫落酸(ABA)、細(xì)胞分裂素(CTK)、生長(zhǎng)素和木質(zhì)部pH 值等,其中以ABA 為主的植物根源信號(hào)通路研究得最為廣泛和深入。由于干旱條件下植物根源信號(hào)反應(yīng)涉及到從分子到群體的一系列復(fù)雜過(guò)程,各種信號(hào)的生理效應(yīng)呈現(xiàn)交互作用、耦合發(fā)生的特點(diǎn),今后的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域?qū)⒓性谘芯拷换ゾW(wǎng)絡(luò)中合成的的關(guān)鍵物質(zhì)和揭示這些物質(zhì)在分子及生理水平上的作用機(jī)理上。根源化學(xué)信號(hào)研究正朝向“以分子和生理研究為基礎(chǔ)、不同尺度的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能耦合”的方向發(fā)展。我們的努力將以旱地作物(植物)研究對(duì)象,以水分利用和產(chǎn)量形成耦合關(guān)系為目標(biāo),立足根冠通訊理論,融合作物進(jìn)化理論和異速生長(zhǎng)理論研究方法,在微觀信號(hào)交互、個(gè)體株型演變和種群特征等方面揭示旱地作物適應(yīng)水分虧缺的生理生態(tài)規(guī)律以及進(jìn)化機(jī)制。

  2)社會(huì)生態(tài)學(xué)。主要以資源短缺地區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)評(píng)估和管理為目標(biāo),以人與自然耦合理論(CHANS理論)為基本平臺(tái),開(kāi)展生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康度、居民生計(jì)和政策效度之間的耦合研究,構(gòu)建和探尋旱區(qū)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理論框架和實(shí)踐途徑。
