  1.工作經(jīng)歷

  1985年3月~1998年9月:長(zhǎng)沙交通學(xué)院汽車與機(jī)械工程系教師,助教--教授,教研室副主任—系主任。

  1997年9月~2005年6月:香港城市大學(xué)、加拿大Saskatchewan大學(xué)、香港理工大學(xué)和加拿大多倫多大學(xué), 博士后或Research Fellow。

  2005年8月~今:長(zhǎng)沙理工大學(xué)汽車與機(jī)械工程學(xué)院教授,質(zhì)量、可靠性與維修研究所所長(zhǎng)。

  2.學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷

  1982年7月:畢業(yè)于武漢理工大學(xué)機(jī)械工程專業(yè),獲工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;

  1985年3月:畢業(yè)于武漢理工大學(xué)機(jī)械工程專業(yè),獲工學(xué)碩士學(xué)位;

  1996年8月:畢業(yè)于澳大利亞昆士蘭大學(xué)機(jī)械工程專業(yè),獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。

  3.主要工作業(yè)績(jī)

  主要從事汽車運(yùn)用工程的科研與教學(xué)工作。其研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)楫a(chǎn)品質(zhì)量工程、可靠性工程和各種工程系統(tǒng)(如大中型車隊(duì),重型機(jī)械等)的維修管理與最優(yōu)決策。近5年主持科研項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),其中國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),湖南省教育廳重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),中國(guó)科學(xué)院科學(xué)出版基金資助項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng);獲2008年湖南省第12屆自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)論文一等獎(jiǎng)。在研項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),科研經(jīng)費(fèi)達(dá)29萬(wàn)元。在重要國(guó)際期刊發(fā)表論文30多篇,以及大量其它論文。出版專著4本,最近出版的專著為《Maintenance: Decision Models for Management》(英文)。

  他是國(guó)際可靠性與維修領(lǐng)域重要的研究專家;國(guó)際雜志“International Journal of Performability Engineering”編委;20多家國(guó)際雜志或出版商的稿件評(píng)閱人。
