  教育背景
  從事昆蟲生理生化與分子生物學研究,重點研究昆蟲發(fā)育過程中蛻皮與變態(tài)的功能基因和分子調(diào)控機理。承擔本科生和研究生教學工作。1990-1991年赴日本從事家蠶半胱氨酸蛋白酶研究;1998-2000年獲德國政府學術(shù)交流會(DAAD)“生物科學特別項目博士后獎學金”赴德國從事煙草天蛾V-ATP酶研究;2001-2002年在日本九州工業(yè)大學從事DNA和蛋白質(zhì)測序、基因重組蛋白包涵體復(fù)性和純化、畢赤酵母表達外源基因等研究;2003年獲德國政府德意志聯(lián)合研究會(DFG)資助赴德國從事基因重組病毒殺蟲劑構(gòu)建和蛋白酶、HHR3在昆蟲細胞中的表達等研究。2005年赴日本從事蛋白質(zhì)組學研究。2006年赴美國密蘇里大學進行短期科研工作。先后承擔國家自然科學基金重點項目、重大國際合作項目和面上項目;參加國家“973”和“863”項目;以及承擔山東省自然科學基金重點項目等科研項目10余項。主要學術(shù)成果有:從棉鈴蟲鑒定并純化到組織蛋白酶B,克隆到該蛋白酶基因(HCB),闡明了該蛋白酶在棉鈴蟲生長發(fā)育中的功能,從大豆等植物種子中鑒定并純化到該蛋白酶的抑制因子,對腫瘤細胞有抑制生長的作用;克隆了棉鈴蟲蛻皮調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子HHR3基因并闡明了該基因的表達和激素調(diào)控模式;闡明了多種棉鈴蟲幼蟲蛻皮和變態(tài)時期差異表達的蛋白質(zhì)和基因,為研究昆蟲發(fā)育的分子機制提供了新靶標;證明了非甾醇類蛻皮激素競爭物(RH-2485)可以導(dǎo)致棉鈴蟲致死性提前蛻皮,可用于田間控制棉鈴蟲;構(gòu)建了HCB和HHR3基因重組核型多角體病毒,可用于開發(fā)高技術(shù)生物殺蟲劑用于害蟲控制。獲得國家發(fā)明專利多項。濟南市第十二屆、第十三屆、第十四屆人大代表。

  研究內(nèi)容:以棉鈴蟲為材料,用分子生物學方法研究昆蟲蛻皮與變態(tài)的分子機理,包括:蛻皮激素信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)途徑、蛻皮與變態(tài)功能基因的表達與調(diào)控、變態(tài)發(fā)育中組織重建的分子機理、血細胞在變態(tài)發(fā)育中的功能等。
  Research interest: We use the cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) as a model to investigate the mechanism of insect molting and metamorphosis by molecular methods. Recent studies include: 20-OH-ecdysteroid hormone signal transduction pathway; expression and regulation of molting and metamorphosis related genes; molecular mechanism of tissue remodeling; and function of haemocytes in molting and metamorphosis.
