科研情況:
主要從事納米磁性材料和功能半導(dǎo)體材料的制備和物理性能的研究,迄今在該領(lǐng)域發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,總引用次數(shù)達(dá)200余次。自2005年以來(lái),應(yīng)邀成為Phys. Rev. Lett,Phys. Rev. B,Nanotechnology,J. Phys. Chem,Nanoscale Res. Lett,Langmuir等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊的審稿人,現(xiàn)主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng),作為主要研究成員參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)和浙江省自然科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng)。

Research Interests
Mainly focus on fabrications and physical properties of low-dimensional nanostructured magnetic materials and semiconductors, towards applications in spintronics, optical electronic devices and sensors.
Professional Services
